Diana Fiorella Riesco Lind (Pucallpa, Perú). En 1998 ingresa
a la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú y egresa en el año 2003. En el
2007 recibe el título de Licenciada en Artes Plásticas con mención en Pintura.
En el 2008, cuadros de su serie Origen fueron seleccionados para la “Biennal
Exhibition Latin Views 2008” - Alexy von Schippe Gallery, Connecticut USA. El
año 2008 viaja a Suecia para realizar sus estudios de maestría en Artes Plásticas
con especialización en Medios Digitales en la Escuela de Bellas Artes de
Valand, Gotemburgo, Suecia, y culmina sus estudios el 2010. En el 2010 sigue
el curso de Cine Experimental de la
Escuela de Fotografía de la Universidad de Göteborg,
su video “A
Feminine Game” fue seleccionado para “The Kunstfilmtag Düsseldorf”, Düsseldorf,
Alemania. En el 2011 su tesis de maestría, Legacy:
a gift of property, a journey through the context of the artist and the art,
es publicada por LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing GmbH & Co. KG, Alemania. En el 2011 trabaja
como docente en la Escuela Superior de Formación Artística Pública Eduardo Meza
Saravia de Pucallpa. Ha realizado numerosas muestras individuales y colectivas
en Perú, Suecia, Alemania y Estados Unidos. En su arte desarrolla ideas sobre conexiones,
origen, construcción de identidad, migración, etc. Actualmente trabaja como
artista independiente y es directora-fundadora de Centro Selva, arte y
ciencia, centro amazónico para la
investigación en artes y ciencias.
Diana Fiorella Riesco Lind (Pucallpa, Peru). In 2003 she
finishes her studies in Art with specialization in Painting in the Pontificia
Universidad Católica del Perú. In 2008,
paintings from her series Origen were selected for the “Biennal Exhibition
Latin Views 2008” - Alexy von Schippe Gallery, USA. In 2008 she travels to Sweden
to do a Master in Fine Arts with Specialization in Digital Media in the
C:Art:Media International Masters Program at the Valand School of Fine Arts/ IT
University of Göteborg. In 2010 she studies the experimental cinema course in
the School of Photography of Gothenburg University; her video “A Feminine Game”
was exhibited in “The Kunstfilmtag Düsseldorf”, Düsseldorf, Germany. In 2011
her master’s thesis, Legacy: a gift of
property, a journey through the context of the artist and the art, was published
by LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing GmbH & Co. KG, Germany. In 2011 she works
as teacher in the Escuela Superior de Formación Artística Pública Eduardo Meza
Saravia of Pucallpa. She has exhibited in several individual and collective
exhibitions in Peru, Sweden, Germany and the United States. In her art she works
on the ideas of origin, construction of identity, migration, etc. Currently she
works as an independent artist and is director and founder of Centro Selva,
arte y ciencia, Amazonian center for research in art and science.

Miguel A. López (Lima, Perú). Es escritor, artista e
investigador. Es miembro activo, desde su fundación en 2007, de la Red
Conceptualismos del Sur. Ha sido becario del Programa de Estudios
Independientes (PEI) del Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA) durante
2008-2009, y también investigador-en-residencia durante varios meses en
2010-2011 en BAK (Basis voor actuele kunst), Utrecht, en el marco del proyecto
internacional FORMER WEST. Durante 2006-2008 fue integrante del Espacio La
Culpable (2003-2008), un colectivo artístico independiente en Lima. Sus textos
han sido publicados en revistas como Afterall, Ramona, Manifesta
Journal, The Exhibitionist, Artecontexto, Tercer Texto,
Papers d’Art, entre otros, en temas como políticas sexuales,
reactivación de la memoria política, y sobre los procesos de historización del
arte latinoamericano de los años 1960-1980. Es coautor de Post-Ilusiones.
Nuevas visiones. Arte crítico en Lima (1980-2006) (Lima, Fundación Wiese,
2006). Entre sus recientes proyectos curatoriales destacan “Perder la forma
humana. Una imagen sísmica de los años 80 latinoamericanos”, Museo Centro de
Arte Reina Sofía, Madrid (2012-2013); “¿Y qué si la democracia ocurre?”,
Galería 80m2 arte&debates, Lima (2012); “Desobedecer a toda costa. Video y
Manifestaciones”, Museo Carrillo Gil, México D.F., (2011-2012); “Teresa Burga.
Informes. Esquemas. Intervalos. 17.9.10”, en el ICPNA, Lima (2010); “Subversive
Practices. Art under Conditions of Political Repression. 60s-80s
/ South America / Europe”, Württembergischer Kunstverein Stuttgart (2009); y “La
Persistencia de lo Efímero. Orígenes del no-objetualismo peruano: ambientaciones / happenings /
arte conceptual (1965-1975)”, CCE, Lima (2007). Durante 2012 es
curador-en-residencia de Lugar a Dudas, Cali, Colombia.
Miguel A. López (Lima, Peru). He is a writer,
artist and researcher, and active member of Red Conceptualismos del Sur, since
it was establishment in 2007. He held a scholarship from Programa de Estudios
Independientes (PEI) of the Museu d'Art Contemporani of Barcelona (MACBA) in 2008-2009,
and was also researcher-in-residence for in 2010-2011 in BAK (Basis voor
actuele kunst), Utrecht, in the context of the international project FORMER
WEST. During 2006-2008 he was a member of Espacio La Culpable (2003-2008), an
independent art group in Lima. His writings have been published in magazines

Edith Meneses Luy (Lima, Perú). Arquitecta, diseñadora, egresada de la
Maestría en Gerencia Social PUCP, docente-investigadora y coordinadora de AXIS
Arte PUCP desde el 2000, organización interdisciplinaria de investigación
aplicada al desarrollo, desde el arte y el diseño, especialistas en
formulación, ejecución, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos de investigación, desarrollo
e innovación, promoviendo emprendimientos creativos con enfoque social y
ambientalmente responsable.
Edith Meneses Luy (Lima, Peru). Architect, designer, Master in Social Management
in Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; since 200, she is lecturer-researcher
and coordinator of AXIS Art PUCP, an interdisciplinary organization of applied
research on development in the fields of art and design, specialists in the
design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of research, development and
innovation projects, promoting creative endeavors with a socially and
environmentally responsible approach

Karen Niemczyk (Estados Unidos). Es una artista en nuevos medios;
trabaja en esculturas interactivas e instalaciones, principalmente con luz. Actualmente
reside en el Sudeste de Estados Unidos. Es máster en Bellas Artes con especialización
en Medios Digitales del programa C:Art:Media en Valand, Universidad de
Gotenburgo, Suecia. Trabaja
actualmente en The University of North Carolina at
Greensboro.

Karen Niemczyk (USA) is a new media artist
working in interactive sculpture and installation. Currently based in the
Southeastern United States, her MFA is from the C:Art:Media program at Valand,
Gothenburg University, in Sweden. She mainly works in light, and currently
teaches at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Recent
exhibitions and projects include Living with Uncertainty, Lima, Peru, 2011; Between Time and Space: An Invitational
Exhibition at Salem College, USA 2011, InLight Richmond
- 1708 Gallery, Richmond, Virginia, USA 2010, Clouds of
Witness, Röda Sten (Fine Art Museum), Gothenburg, Sweden 2010, Perspectives.09:

Óscar Lara (Lima, Perú). Artista peruano basado en Suecia, inició
su carrera en Lima continuándola en Australia. Máster en Artes Creativas de la
Universidad de Wollongong, 2003. Óscar ha exhibido internacionalmente,
colaborando con distintas instituciones, como Roda
Sten Gallery, Can Serrat ArtCenter, Valand School of Fine Arts, Casamarles AIR,
Centro Rural de Arte de Argentina y Fabrikken for Kunst og
Design. Entre sus trabajos más recientes destacan “Second
Hand”, exhibido en Ajuntament del Bruc, España;
“Thinking West”, finalista del premio Hobart,
Perú; “Robberies by Request”, comisionado por el Museum of World Culture,
Suecia. Óscar trabaja
actualmente en su proyecto “Recycled
Beings”, investigando el fenómeno migratorio en naciones europeas y las consecuencias de la
reutilización de seres humanos.
Su práctica artística explora temas como
diversidad étnica y social, emigración e integración, depredación y tráfico de
cultura heredada. sus proyectos más recientes han involucrado escultura e
instalaciones de video, video-documentales, interpretación y proyectos de desarrollo
social.
Oscar Lara (Lima, Peru). Peruvian artist based in Sweden, started his
career in Lima, continuing it in Australia. Awarded a Master of Creative Arts
(University of Wollongong, 2003), Oscar has exhibited internationally, collaborating
with institutions such as Roda Sten Gallery, Can Serrat ArtCenter, Valand
School of Fine Arts, Casamarles AIR, Centro Rural de Arte de Argentina and
Fabrikken for Kunst og Design. Among his latest projects are “Second Hand”,
exhibited at Ajuntament del Bruc, Spain; “Thinking West”, finalist of the
Sculpture Award Premio Hobart, Peru; “Robberies by Request”, commissioned by
the Museum of World Culture, Sweden. Oscar is currently working on his “Recycled
Beings” project, researching the immigration phenomenon in European nations and
the consequences of this reutilization of human beings.
His artistic practice explores subjects such as social
and ethnic diversity, immigration and integration, and depredation/trafficking
of cultural heritage. Oscar’s latest projects have involved sculpture and video
installations, video-documentaries, performance and social development projects.
